Fruit Crisp

This is the yummiest and easiest fruit crisp ever.  You can use any flavor of pie filling that sounds yummy (or that is on clearance)

Cherry Crumble Recipe

1 (21 oz) can pie filling
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1/3 cup melted butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Pour pie filling into 2 qt baking dish
  3. In a medium sized bowl mix the flour, oats, sugar cinnamon and nutmeg
  4. Add melted better
  5. Mix until butter has all ingredients gooey
  6. spread over pie filling
  7. Sprinkle pecans on top (optional)
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until topping is a golden brown
  9. Cool 15 minutes
We have also made minis in cupcake tins (use the paper liners!) to take to parties.
